Where the original Carla pin features two large faux pearls per piece, this custom edition replaces that single scale with a curated mix of three pearl sizes, 12 mm, 8 mm and 6 mm, distributed across a generous set of 13 pins.
Handmade in Italy using traditional millinery techniques, each pin is finished by hand in silver tone with Swarovski pearls.
