  • - Do you accept custom orders?
    Yes, most of our design can be personalized from color, dimensions and shapes.
  • - Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally, and we partner with DHL and UPS to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.
  • - What are the shipping options?
    We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged safely. All parcels are shipped via a registered and trackable service. You will be able to track your package journey since leaving our studio to your home or workplace. All orders are delivered using Express shipping via DHL, UPS, or SDA. Delivery in EU, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, etc. will take 5-7 working days. ITALY 2-3 days. We ship free to all countries and half priced in countries like Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Emirates & Africa.
  • - What payment options are available?
    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Production of your item will start as soon as payment is received.
  • - What is your return and exchange policy?
    Please choose your pieces carefully, ensure you read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colors. If you are not sure whether a piece will match your wedding gown or hairstyle, please get in touch with any styling or general questions, and we will happily assist. Please refer to Return Policy page for all the info.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We accept returns in accordance with the 2011 European Consumer Rights Directive, excluding personalized products, custom orders, made-to-order items, and articles manufactured to specific consumer requests.
  • - What happens if I don't make a payment or payment arrangements within 48 hours?
    We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if payment or payment arrangements are not received within 48 hours. We can also cancel if we cannot process your order because materials are unavailable, or if we cannot process any order due to lack of information from the buyer (color, size, etc.). Please contact us if you need more time or if something is not clear.
  • - Who is responsible for customs or import duties?
    We have no way of predicting whether or not a particular country will impose duties and at what level. The buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged by their country. Customs or import duties may be charged when the package reaches the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to check current charges before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.
  • - How long does production take?
    Production times vary depending on the design and whether the item is in stock and ready to ship, or made to order. Production for made to order and bespoke designs can be expedited for a fee. A working week is from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. "Ready to ship" items Will ship in 5-7 business days. "Made to order" items Timeframes vary. Please refer to the production times specified in each listing. Bespoke designs At least 5-8 Weeks.
