We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged safely. All parcels are shipped via a registered and trackable service. You will be able to track your package journey since leaving our studio to your home or workplace.
We ship internationally, we partner with Dhl and UPS to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.
All orders are delivered using Express shipping via DHL, UPS or SDA.
Delivery in EU, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES ecc. will take 5-7 working days. ITALY 2-3 days.
We ship free to all countries and half priced in countries like Australia, New Zeland, Asia, Emirates & Africa.
DUTIES & TAXES
The buyer in responsable for all custom & import duties that could be applied by their country.
Customs or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customers should be aware of the customs and clearance fees and charges of their home country. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot confirm what the cost would be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unforeseen charges.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account.
You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
All Items are eligible for return exempt to, According to Article 16 of the 2011 European Consumer Rights Directive, customised or MADE TO ORDER goods that are manufactured at the specific request of the consumer.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Carefully repack the package exactly as you received it, using the original boxes and protective packaging you received. Send it to the address we provide during the returns process.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
* Product must be returned in its original packaging.
* Product wasn't used or damaged.
Aside from these conditions there are product that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment was made thru bank the following information are needed to be provided:
Full name and IBAN number
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
* Product must be returned in its original packaging
* Product wasn't used or damaged
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
